on the basis of "i think", checking in with lukas :)
lukas - should we disable the firefox-esr24 flags?

Flags: needinfo?(lsblakk)
the following flags have been disabled:
tracking-b2g18
status-b2g18
status-b2g-v1.1hd
tracking-b2g-v1.2
status-b2g-v1.2
tracking-b2g-v1.3
status-b2g-v1.3
status-b2g-v1.3T
Now that we've shipped 24.0.8 which auto-updates to esr 31 we can remove those esr24 flags.

How are we tracking any uplifts to esr24 during this cycle? Doesn't esr24 go EOL when Fx33 is released?
As displayed in https://wiki.mozilla.org/File:Esr-release-overview.png - we do not have any more ESR24 releases, there will just be updates provided when FF33 is released that offer ESR24 users updates to ESR 31.2

Not quite: we do not have any more PLANNED releases--an important distinction. We have said we would support ESR overlap for two full cycles and there's a non-zero chance a chemspill will be required in any given cycle.

That's true, however we could handle a chemspill without tracking flags since we'll be able to keep tabs on the handful (at most) of bugs that need to land so I am not worried about retiring those flags. Ryan and I spoke in IRC about this and I recommended he hang on to his clone of esr24 in case there *was* a chemspill and we needed to do any landings.
