When opening mail/news, either from commandline or from component bar it does
not display correctly. No accounts come up along with other UI problems.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Mail/News

Actual Results: Mail/News opens but doesnt draw itself correctly.
Expected Results: Mail/News open, drawn correctly.
If I re-install an old version of Moz it works again, but each time I install
the nightly from 22nd Oct it wont work.

Other bug has been marked fixed, closed. I still see this problem using build
20011023! Reopening...
