Sam, do task manager bugs live in the main Gaia component?

Let me know if you think this is something specific to browser chrome rather than a general performance issue entering cards view.
Component: Gaia::System::Browser Chrome → Gaia

Unable to verify this issue on Flame 2.0 (319mb and 512mb) as well as Open C 2.0 as when the user enters Card View, the browser content does not display.

Bug preventing me from testing Flame 2.0 and Open C 2.0 - Bug 806684 - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=806684
Would it be possible to get a video showing this problem? On my 319MB Flame, I see the browser shrink down and display in Cards View, but it is a little slow with a noticeable flicker as the browser is replaced with its screenshot. If that is the issue being described in this bug I think we may be able to dupe it against existing bugs.

Ben: task manager bugs have historically been assigned to the Gaia::System::Window Management component.

Sam, here is the video of the issue.

Removing the regression keyword since we cannot verify this on 2.0 due to bug 806684

The transition to card view doesn't seem to be completely fluid but it is not serious enough of an issue to nominate as a blocker.
