Description:
When users enter the E-mail app, upon entering a invalid/incorrect email/password users will see the app constantly sits on "Setting up account" with a spinning circle.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140902040205
2) Select Email> Enter a Name
3) Enter a invalid email/password (email: [e-mail] - password: 12345)
4) Observe email app sits on "Setting up account"

Actual:
Account setup does not fail out when setting up a new account using invalid email/password

Expected:
Setup returns user to sign-in/sign-up stating they entered invalid username/password

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.1 (512mb), Open C 2.1

The pull request for bug 1061932 has a fix that fixes this issue too, so marking it dependent on that bug, and will close out this bug as marked as fixed with that changeset when it lands.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

This is a regression so nominating this 2.1? since the it never times out when the user puts in the wrong credentials. According to comment 3 this has been fixed so not adding a regression-window on this issue.

triage: clearing nomination. per comment 3 this was fixed in bug 1061932 and that has been uplifted to the 2.1 branch.

If user input wrong account, the page will redirected to manual page to set up again.
