ship-it should warn when a build of the same product/version is going on.

For example, ship-it should warn if we build in parallel
firefox 33 beta1 build1 and firefox 33 beta1 build2
I don't see a case where we would need that.

However, we can have:
firefox 33.0 build1 and firefox 31.2.0esr build1
building in parallel
