When I put a multiple line select box on a layer and then hide that layer, the
scrollbars of the multiple line select box stay in sight in stead of hiding
them. The URL demonstrates this very clearly. Try clicking on one of the other tabs.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the specified url:http://site10.madocke.com/martin/show/tab.html
2.Click on a different tab

Actual Results:  The scrollbars of the multiple line select box remained in
sight while the rest of the select box vanished

Expected Results:  Everything should have been hidden
