Pre-requisites:
1. Settings > Screen lock > Passcode lock ON
2. Device lock.
3. ICE contact set.

STRs:
1. Unlock button.
2. Tap Emergency call button.
3. Tap ICE contact button.
4. Tap an ICE contact.

Actual result:
*Not* make an emergency call.

Expected result:
Make an emergency call to ICE contact.
For me it's working fine, and I can call to the ICE Contact, can you retest Loli?
