Steps to reproduce:

Customize, then drag the search box beside address bar , exit customize , restart nightly then it is not there anymore
Component: Untriaged → Toolbars and Customization
The search bar is already besides the address bar. Can you offer steps to reproduce on a clean profile? I've tried moving the search bar to the opposite side of the address bar, but it doesn't disappear when restarting...

I just tested this and I did not have any problem with it whatsoever. It is possible that whatever caused this issue may not be affecting all systems.
Yeah, we need more details in order to act here, and we've waited more than a month for those, so I'm going to mark this as incomplete at this point.
