Steps to reproduce:

Hello!
I keep getting error when trying to upload a video for my Marketplace App.
Help appreciated, Thanks!

On the Edit List -> Media -> Add a screenshot or video -> selected my webm video.

Waited for the upload(there is no upload progress)

Then error message shown.


Actual results:

Check the attached for screenshot.

I'm getting the message:

There was an error uploading your file.
Video support not enabled.


Expected results:

After selecting my video, it should show upload progress(maybe), then upload.
