Jared -- Is this something you could look at?  Is this fallout from bug 1050309?

This is something I can look in to after I've finished the other bugs I'm assigned to.

It is fallout from bug 1050309 but it is unexpected as I tested this case as I worked on the patch in that bug. I'm not sure why it is happening.
