Prerequisites:
FFOS 1.1 device, Latest MP Stage app installed, Region Spain, Movistar SIM , WIFI enabled

Steps to reproduce:
1.On your FFOS 1.1 device, open MP Stage app
2.Login with valid credentials and search for a paid app
3.Try to purchase the app by pressing on the price button

Expected results:
1.Payment flow is started

Actual results:
Payment canceled message is displayed immediately after pressing the price button

NOTES:
Even if there are payment issues on another builds too, this behavior was seen only on 1.1 .

This means that the -dev mozPay settings were not installed.
