The base images right now install a user build on the phone which disallows adb/marionette on first boot... We can work around this by only flashing the partitions not present in the full builds https://pvtbuilds.mozilla.org/pvt/mozilla.org/b2gotoro/nightly/mozilla-central-flame/latest/ you can see which images are present in the out/target/product/flame/ folder

Hey Dave,

Can you put this in your queue? Now that I resurrected some of those jenkins nodes this is probably more important (and also very important for kk testing)

It's in my queue, though I'm not sure why resurrecting the Jenkins nodes makes this more important? Speaking to :tchung yesterday it sounds like we're going to switch all our devices to KK, so there won't be any need to switch back and forth between JB and KK.

The latest base build for KK (v180) does not disable remote debugging, so there may not be anything needed here once we move to KK builds.

Zac has been able to remotely flash the devices using the v180 KK base build, so there's nothing needed here.
