Details

In MS Word or Excel, if you send a doc using Routing Recipient, Netscape is launched and remains running even after the error message "General mail failure..." is displayed. DIRECTIONS: 1. With Netscape 6.2 as you default email client, launch MS Word. 2. Send a doc via Routing Recipient. 3. Click OK from the "General mail failure..." error message. 4. bring up your Windows Task Manager(NT,XP,ME,2000 its CTRL+ALT+DEL). RESULTS: Netscp6.exe process is still running.
Is there a bug for the general mail failure?

Routing Recipient calls MAPISaveMail which is not yet implemented. Implementation of MAPISaveMail will take care of this.
This is a new feature that will be implemented at the 2nd stage of sMAPI.
