I can repro this on both linux (ubuntu 13.04) and windows 8.1.
1. Open File menu, select Save As...

= Expected =
The "save as" dialog from the system is activated.

= Actual =
Nothing happens.

In the browser console, I see the message "TypeError: window.content is null browser.xul:1" happen each time I attempt this (on both systems).

Testing with Sept 2 nightly on windows and with Sept 4 nightly on Linux.

In Non E10S windows this works just fine.
