Steps to reproduce:

Anyone who has any web intelligence whatsoever needs these two options at some point.  Stop catering to 4 year olds and give us back a functional browser.

The correct way to implement this is to put it behind something else that you have to click on to address the concerns of the person who removed these valuable options, so that a four year old does not accidentally click on it and wonder why their game no longer works, or why they can no longer see images. Doing this is trivial.
