Description:
When the user has previously scrolled down on "Add Event" or "Edit Event" page, the new "Add Event" page is already scrolled down.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140904000203.
2) Open Calendar app.
3) Tap "+" icon on the top right corner.
4) On "Add Event" page, scroll down to the bottom.
5) Tap "X" to cancel.
6) Tap "+" icon on the top right corner again.
7) Observe the screen.

Actual:
The screen is already scrolled down.
  
Expected: 
The screen is NOT scrolled down. The screen shows the top of the page.
