Commented out the autoexit touch-less stuff out of the custom rules. It doesn't apply to builds and causes some weirdness. It is working now with auto-naming the host but nothing else which should be best for builds. I don't think we want full touch-less for the dev share unless we are specificly testing the touch-less process. 

in the customsetting.ini:
Removed "autoexit" from the "Priority=" list and fro good measure commented the following block:
