Finish off the conversion to logical coordinates in nsBlockReflowContext.cpp. Other stuff will need to be converted as a prerequisite, including but not limited to ApplyRelativePositioning, ReflowChild and FinishReflowChild.

That's all I've got: the rest of the work has been done mostly in bug 1079154.
