Description:
Checking for updates in the Nightly channel returns no available updates.  This occurs on older builds that were previously able to find updates in the Nightly channel.

This does not seem to affect the Aurora or B2G-32 channels.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140904040204
2) Connect to a WiFi network.
3) Navigate to Settings > Device Information
4) Select 'Check Now' under 'Check for Updates'


Actual:
Updates are not found.


Expected:
Updates are found, and able to be downloaded.
