What problems would this solve?
===============================
Most API access is expected to be anonymous access from MDN. Reading a resource from a warm cache should ideally require 0 database reads or writes

Who would use this?
===================
MDN users would unknowingly use this each page view

What would users see?
=====================
MDN users would see the compatibility table load quickly

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
MDN users would get compatibility data, even under high load.

Is there anything else we should know?
