Opening this bug as requested in Bug #1003231 Our servername is http://advocacy1.webapp.phx1.mozilla.com Preferred domain: advocacy.mozilla.com We would also like to request SSL support. Let me know if you need anything else. We would greatly appreciate any efforts to expedite this work as well. We're really hurting without being able to host on our reports.

Can we do advocacy.mozilla.org instead? That's a little more common these days... a while back there was a big push to move things from .com to .org. Not hugely important, just a little more common.

Ugh. It looks like MoFo has already been planning using advocacy.mozilla.org for one of their projects. Is there another name that would work for you?

If advocacy.mozilla.org is taken can we have useradvocacy.mozilla.org? Not sure if there is a naming convention, but user-advocacy@ would be acceptable as well.

I've set up the load balancers direct traffic for useradvocacy.mozilla.org to the advocacy web server. Attempts to connect to http://useradvocacy.mozilla.org should be redirected to https://useradvocacy.mozilla.org When I connected to the site, it correctly prompted me for my LDAP credentials. Can y'all please test to confirm that things are working as intended?
