* GOAL: as the first step in the Event Wizard, users need a quick *visual* explanation of what the heck a Maker Party is * CONTEXT: many partners and users report that they *over-estimate* the amount of work and commitment actually required. They think a Maker Party is a huge "MozFest-style" event. As opposed to something simple and informal they can do much more easily than that. * CONTENT: This page provides some good grist: https://party.webmaker.org/en-US/resources/getting-started -- but it could be more visual * We should also show a variety of settings, ages and durations * (e.g. 1 hr vs all day) (those are the questions people are often confused about) * There are excellent photo resources for this here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mozilladrumbeat/favorites

It needs music and maybe voiceover -- this is a concept / exploration only at this point * We can control the thumbnail image with whatever image we want -- so the user wouldn't be *required* to actually play it, if they chose not to. It would still deliver value on the screen even without play. * But some video clips could give a flavor of what it looks like and help people grok it.
