Description:
Inside the 'Usage' app, if you scroll down under the "Mobile App Usage" column, the EmergencyCall icon is missing. 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140905000202
2) Tap on the 'Usage' app.
3) Follow the steps until you are on the main page with the graph.
4) Scroll down until you find the 'EmergencyCall' section.
  
Actual:
The icon for EmergencyCall is missing.
  
Expected: 
The icon for EmergencyCall is present.

This issue occurs on Flame 2.2 (319mb), Flame 2.1 (512mb), Open_C 2.2, Open_C 2.1

When in the 'Usage' app, the EmergencyCall icon is missing under the "Mobile App Usage" column.

The User Agent for the Flame 2.1 in comment 0 and the Open C 2.1 in comment 1 should be 34.0

Not blocking on this issue. A small missing icon in the usage app seems minor, especially with text next to the missing icon to help explain.
