Details

This is a tracking bug for the switchover of consumers and publishers to the new system.  I think it should be closed when the public user is finally deleted.
Priority: -- → P1
Almost there, just a few queues to go: shipit-notifier, mozmill, tps, and a couple unknown ones.
Depends on: 1082960
Mozmill, tps, and gaia-autolander were all converted over.  Releng confirms that they don't care about shipit-notifier right now.

The public user has been deleted, all connections authenticated through it have been forcibly closed, and the last old-style queue deleted.
