This is pretty noisy and pages overnight, but clears well before the backups occur
Assignee: server-ops-database → mpressman
Although this starts in the early afternoon, putting in downtimes.pp just for after-hours
This usually clears by 12:30am. Setting 4h downtime window in revision 92948
