Details
It is still difficult to select current line on Android.
ie, from first character on a line to last character on same line.
Please provide an easy mechanism.
Proposal 1.
* Similar to "Select All' provide a "Select Line" button.
Proposal 2.
* Make "Select All" button toggle thru
>> "Select All"
>> "Select Line"
>> "Select Word"
>> "Select Original Touch Area"
>> "No Selection"
>> "Select All"
... and back
Proposal 3.
* Same as Proposal 2, but order different
>> "Select Line"
>> "Select All"
>> "Select Word"
>> "Select Original Touch Area"
>> "No Selection"
>> "Select Line"
... and back
Adding a mechanism for "Select Line" will also give a option for user to split that "cursor drag tool" to the one with start and end tab

Hmmm, I never even noticed this 1.5 year old request. It seems somewhat complex, to the point of incompatibility with Android standards. I'd like to close this WONTFIX, but this feels more like an end-user rep or UX design decision.
antlam? Thoughts?

This seems too complex. I agree this should be a WONTFIX.
