smoketest currently doesn't work due to changes in Android which cause the smoketest to fail to detect fennec running. smoketest.sh is also out of date due to its use of obsolete autophone.py options. This patch brings smoketest.py up to date with adb.py, makes smoketest work with multiple devices and removes smoketest.sh as it isn't used. This patch is applied after bug 1063886's patch.
