106431 - Pressing delete key at end of written peragraph deletes the paragraph

If you press "delete"-key at the end of pararagraph, the whole paragraph is
deleted instead of line-change character at end of line. This happens only if
you move up or down using keypad before entering the text. I'm using plain-text
editor.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open message composition window to create a new email message
2.Go to message pane
3.Press Enter two times to make empty lines, and then press up-arrow to go to
one line up
4.Write some text, (don't press enter)
5.Press delete key. 

Actual Results:  The written text disappears, and you cant even get it back
using undo!

Expected Results:  The next character (line-change) should be deleted.
