steps to reproduce: 1. As an admin, load https://marketplace.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-cetelesm/status 2. Click on the "Do not show my app on low-memory devices" 3. Confirm changes expected behavior: Admins can remove low-memory device support for an app actual behavior: Admins can't.
