User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 Build ID: 2014072000 Steps to reproduce: When my bug was closed without a single comment as to why it was closed, I reopened it and posted a comment asking why it was closed. It was then closed without any reasoning as to why it wasn't a bug, or any response to the question I asked in the comment, so I reopened it again and then I get banned. Actual results: got banned Expected results: At least post a comment explaining why it was not a bug or what was wrong with it or an answer to my question. Is that too much to ask?
None of your bug reports (at least for the account you use now) got closed and it would be very helpful if you actually provided any hints instead of statements. :) Problem is unrelated to Bugzilla software, hence changing component, though IMHO social issues do not belong into a technical bugtracker.

enb, i'm happy to investigate this for you, but we'll need either the bug number or your banned username.

see also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1008810 Looks like the reason was already discussed on that bug. Although I do think the second time a bug gets re-marked as a duplicate that a clarification of why it's a duplicate would be common courtesy, given that the reporter obviously didn't understand why if he reopened the bug. This apparently all happened 4 months ago though.
see also https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1008811#c2 where i warned you that if you continued to reopen bugs, your account would be banned. i agree with justdave that we could have been more verbose when closing bugs, however it was your failure to heed my direction to stop reopening bugs which resulted in your ban.
