Steps to reproduce: 1. Navigate to http://www.musictechteacher.com/music_quizzes/quiz_rhythm_listen_to_patterns.htm 2. Once loaded, close the tab Expected results: Firefox closes the tab and continues to respond normally Actual results: Firefox crashes/hangs and the process has to be manually terminated. Notes: I am using Firefox 32.0 on Chakra Linux (Based on Arch) and the attached webpage was trying to play audio which did not actually sound. It seems similar to this 14 year old issue here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58339 When I launch from the terminal, I get some unrelated error related to a translate plugin I have, and then at the moment of the crash and after, no debug information is shown. This is the sound card/driver I am using: card 0: PCH [HDA Intel PCH], device 0: ALC889 Analog [ALC889 Analog] And, flash player normally works without problems on youtube and other sites.

I tried on Nightly 46 but works fine for me.
