[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Restart phone. (In my case, I took the battery out and put it back in to get out of another stuck case.) Click the email icon. See the account set-up screen. The entire screen is grayed out and unresponsive. User cannot proceed with use of the email app, so nominating for blocking.
Never mind. Eventually "comes to" after tapping furiously at it. :)

Note that the Oauth changes are going to have us try and autofocus the display name box so you won't have to tap around.
