seen on recent commercial builds cross platform

-From the Profile Manager click on create new profile

Notice in the first dialogue window that pops up that the text area is empty (by 
design?)  The buttons at the bottom work fine and you are able to go to the next 
page where you actually name your new profile.  What was that first page?
I'm willing to bet that this is fallout from the null domstring landing.
Actually, looks like a dup of bug 106622 (which jag says he fixed).
