Steps to reproduce:
1. Open addons site and log in https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2. Hover over the Tools link and click on the Submit a new Add-on.
3. Click on the I Accept this Agreement button.
4. Click on Select a file button and choose a valid add-on file.

Expected results:
The addon is validated and it can be submitted.

Actual results:
The addon fails to validate, the submission process can't be finished.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF32 (Win7) Issue is reproducing in stage.

Is this happening for all files, or a specific file? If so, can you attach it to this report?

I was using different test add-ons and for each one the validation never completes. Using the same test add-ons the validations is successful on production so i don't think it is related to the add-on.

I am attaching one of those files.

This is now normally fixed (thanks to Jason). There as an issue with the Celery tasks.
