106499 - Auto-insert user-agent in bug report?

This would quell some "Reporter, what build are you using?" queries,
saving time for both reporters and developers.

It should be obvious that it is going to do this. For example, if somebody could
not use the build the problem is being reported on (frequent crashes or
whatever) it would make no sense to include the user agent of the build used to
report.

It would be a good idea if there was a checkbox below the user agent, saying
"Include this user agent in bug report". This could then be unchecked if the
user agent was not relevant to the bug.

Having the user agent displayed, but not used is actually worse than no user
agent at all. The current wording implies something is being done with it (why
would it matter if it was wrong if nothing was done to it?). I have been caught
out with this before, not putting in the build ID because it looked like it was
going to be done automagically.
