Description:
Unlocking the phone to the Camera app and taking pictures will temporaly freeze the Camera app when user unlocks to Camera.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140909000204
2) Open Settings app and enable Passcode Lock
3) Lock the Phone
4) Swipe left to open the Camera app
5) Take a picture and press the home button
6) Swipe to the left to open the Camera app

Actual:
The Camera app is temporary frozen and user is unable to take pictures.

Expected: 
The Camera app functions properly and is able to take pictures.

This bug repro's on Flame KK builds: Flame 2.2, Flame 2.1 and OpenC 2.2

Actual Results: Camera freezes after opening the camera the second time.

This bug does NOT repro on Flame kk build: Flame 2.0

Actual Result: No problems with the camera when launching it a second time when having passcode lock on.

triage - not nomming this: I feel the STR are close to Edge-case (re-entering the cam a 2nd time)((note: screen time-out will not occur in cam thus further reducing the chances of needing a 2nd entry)) Plus a easy low-impact recovery method of just hitting the home button.

I just tested this with:
- gonk:  v184
- gecko: aurora:c4a4b04c617c
- gaia:  v2.1:778ebac47554e1c4b7e9a952d73e850f58123914

...unable to reproduce after multiple attempts. Lockscreen camera works smoothly.

I've verified that in the latest Flame 2.2 KK and 2.1 KK, this bug no longer occurs.

Tested with Shallow Flash on 319mb
