Milan says there are OMTC issues using the basic compositor on Linux. He recommends we temporarily disable e10s for that configuration.
What are these issues? This will make it so I can't test e10s. If the problems caused by OMTC are less severe than those caused by e10s, then I don't think we should do this.

There's still at least one TBPL failure. The other issue is that we haven't tested OMTC with a nightly audience, so it'll be harder to identify issues that are specific to either OMTC or e10s if we enable both at the same time. The suggestion (I believe) was to not include linux in the platforms that get e10s by default, rather than prevent people from opting in to it.
