RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1258390

People

(Reporter: sys.sgx, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
Build ID: 20140825202822

Steps to reproduce:

A suggestion:
When the colorpicker window pops up, next to the "pick color" button in the window there should be a "add colors to pallete" button; this new button will do the same work as the "pick color" buton, but will keep a list of a number of recently picked colors that will show on the right of the widget window as squares. This way, the user will be able to click sequentially on a number of different colors, and then just by clicking on the "recently picked colors" squares of the widget window he will view the differences in style.

I'm a student and need to contribute to Mozilla in anyway possible. I'm new to coding and debugging but I'm willing to help out in little things like this. Anyone can help me out trying to test for this bug? Would really appreciate it thanks!
Hi,
The color picker is about to change in bug 1258390 (there's a mockup in attachment 8743846 [details]). So I think we should close this bug instead.
If you want to contribute a first fix to the mozilla project, then I suggest looking at this list of good/mentored bugs: http://mzl.la/1MScMfT
In particular, I would suggest picking one of these bugs: 1127572, 1235062, 1220388, 1062617.
