This operator 722-07 had updated their connection details and removed proxy and port. We should remove it from our APN list to be fine.

Verified with Flame master Gecko 9fcdf86 - Gaia ebd5387. Proxy and port fields are empty for Internet connection profile with Movistar Argentina SIM card.
