The content-type of the email is text/plain but there is HTML quoting. This looks ugly, and breaks the link. It was OK before the MediaWiki upgrade.

This is an upstream bug, reported here: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54621

That bug indicates the issue is only on REL_21 branch. I believe we're on REL_23. Here's the commit of the version we have installed: https://git.wikimedia.org/commit/mediawiki%2Fextensions%2FConfirmAccount/99f685bb8a7b2b7aa6f227b663e52162d4d537a9

Will work on finding out if this has been fixed and schedule updating extension when it has been.
