User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:0.9.5+)

Right now, chatzilla html-ifies hyperlinks that are seen in the message window.
However, the only thing I can do with them is left click, and that opens the
link in a random, currently open browser window (a destructive action and a
personal pet peeve).

Html links should get all the link attrbutes that they do in the mailnews
client. This includes middle-click to open in a new window, and a context menu
with such items as "open in new window", "copy link address", etc.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open chatzilla and go to a room
2.wait for someone to type in a hyperlink
3.middle click or right click on a link

Actual Results: nothing happens.

Expected Results: middle click should open in a new window, and right click
should bring up a context menu.
You can also drag a link into to any window you want to load it in (just like
links in web pages.)

Bug 180042 talks about how to deal with middle clicks on URLs in places other
than the browser window. Links in the chatzilla window are just one example of
this.

I have the same annoying problem, just it doesn´t open in a random but always in
the first browser window (the one opened when Mozilla is started).
Its that way since long, at least since a year.

I want a 'Copy Link' context-menu item. Is that in the scope of this bug ?
Vidar: Ever clicked on "Copy Link Location" in the context menu? :-)
No, because it's not there :) The only menu-items there are:

/----------------------------\
Open at Startup
Leave ``#channel" Ctrl+W
Clear View Ctrl+R
============================
Connection Status
\----------------------------/
The only item missing now is "Copy Link Location".
This bug appears to be fixed by the current version of ChatZilla (0.9.59), so
resolving FIXED. If this is not correct, please reopen the bug stating why.
