Please create ro and rw VIPs and load balancer pools for advocacy in phx1:
rw vip should start with advocacy1.db.phx1.mozilla.com port 3306 aka 10.8.70.186:3306
ro vip should start with advocacy2.db.phx1.mozilla.com port 3306 aka 10.8.70.187:3306
Please let me know if you need anything else to do this.
Thanks

I've created the VIPs, virtual servers, and pools listed below. The advocacy virtual servers are currently stopped since it looks like mysql isn't running yet on advocacy[1-2].db.phx (so they immediately fail if I start them up).
If you find that there are issues with the way that these VIPs are set up after mysql is running, please open a separate bug and reference this one.
advocacy-ro-vip.db.phx1.mozilla.com (10.8.70.34) VIP
points to db-advocacy-ro virtual server
points to db-advocacy-ro pool (10.8.70.186:3306 (disabled), 10.8.70.187:3306 (active))
advocacy-rw-vip.db.phx1.mozilla.com (10.8.70.35) VIP
points to db-advocacy-rw virtual server
points to db-advocacy-rw pool (10.8.70.186:3306 (active), 10.8.70.187:3306 (disabled))
