Details

Instead of using reports table to list user comments it should use the reports_clean and joined with reports_user_info. Like we do with SignatureURLs.
Adrian, How many minutes would you take to rewrite CommentsBySignature to be a wrapper on a SuperSearch query?

This is a ReportList only service, it will die when ReportList is removed.
