I previously visited https://login.mozilla.com/ , noticed the Duo enrolment option & decided to take a look.

After seeing that I could not use Google Authenticator and had to install another app, I decided not to continue with enrolment.

Even though I did not complete enrolment, and even though no Duo devices are linked to my account, Duo has been enabled for my account, so I am unable to ssh into the jumphost at ssh.mozilla.com

Upon returning to https://login.mozilla.com/ I can't see any way to switch off Duo.

If you could manually disable Duo for now on my account that would be great.

After that, fixing the following issues would greatly improve the UX:
1) Duo shouldn't be enabled on an account if enrolment wasn't completed successfully and/or there are no Duo devices associated with an account.
2) There should be a way to deactivate Duo via https://login.mozilla.com/ (with suitable authentication and warnings emailed to the user etc)
3) Ideally we should support using Google authenticator too, since for me personally (and likely for others) I'm not going to install another app to use 2FA, when Google, Github, Facebook, and my password manager all support Google Authenticator.

Thanks :-)
Summary: Unable to deactivate Duo on my account → Unable to login to jumphost since cannot deactivate Duo on my account
I deleted the account from Duo.
