Local results should come before web results, etc.

Right now it appears we fetch everything in parallel, then just display in the order that things come back in. Doing anything more than ensuring that local results are displayed before web results would be tricky. For example we don't want to delay rendering if one provider times out, and shifting of the results might also cause a bad UX.
