this has been silently failing in production and, at Kairo's option, may require reprocessing anything that a transform rule would normally have touched. That includes: raw crashes with the keys "PluginContentURL", "PluginUserComment. raw crashes with "ReleaseChannel" as "esr" raw crashes with "ProductName" as "Webapp Runtime" raw crashes with "ProductName" as "Webapp Runtime Mobile" raw crashes with "ProductName" as "Fennec" iff "ProductID" in product_productid_map and rewrite is True

We might be able to ignore the reprocessing for the plugin rule, but for the others, we want it (actually, we most importantly need it done for Fennec, which is the largest chunk, and probably for ESR, which is almost all of the rest - the Webapp Runtimes are not of much importance but they are so few that it doesn't matter to reprocess them).

Kevin, Aaron, FYI, this bug is the reason why we are missing Firefox for Android crashes from yesterday right now. We'll need it fixed, the crashes reprocessed and the matviews backfilled and then you'll see those correctly in the Socorro UI.
