When creating a new profile with the DE-at profile as default, the window in the
second step is too small. (See attachement)

This looks somehow strange. My de-AT binaries use Classic skin as default, so
that is shown in Profile Manager. My Profile Manager window does show everything
needed.
What build ID / localisation version did you use? What did you change?

Ich versuche dies ebenfalls durch einen verkürzten Text zu lösen (siehe
kommendes XPI Nightly Pack).
Hoffentlich hilft das.

The new-profile window is either still too small or the text inside the window
doesn't wrapp correctly.

I just discovered that the part of the problem that still exists is a different
bug, and it's now tracked in bug 174121
The other part was fixed by me, so re-marking FIXED.
