To verify:
Enable the "recommendations" waffle switch and verify the "Apps" queue works as expected, including sorting and various flags.

Actually, the switch is called 'reviewer-tools-elasticsearch' and not 'recommendations'.
Verified as fixed in https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/queue/ on FF36 (Win 7) with the reviewer-tools-elasticsearch flag turned On.
