Step to reproduce:
1. Load page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/
2. Sign In with an unauthorized user account
Expected results:
The following message is displayed "Sorry! This user account is not authorized for the Curation Tools.".
Actual result:
Message "Sorry! This user account is not authorized for the curation tools.
You must not be Scott." is displayed.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF35 Nightly (Win 7).

Issue is reproducing on both MP-dev and MP-stage.
