Details

We should have a reasonably detailed spec to help the visual designers figure out how to use the tool, and to make sure that the tool we build works the way we think it should.

I'm calling this two points, because I think we have most of the work to figure this out done already, and the work that remains is filling in some details and hosting the spec somewhere.
